of Frederick T. Slone
BORN:
Seldovia, Alaska 1956
RESIDENCE: Anchorage, Alaska
Admitted
to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Alaska, as well as
the United States Supreme Court. In private practice since 1983.
Graduate of the University Of North Dakota in 1978, and from Albany
Law School in Albany New York, with a Juris Doctor degree in 1982.
Mr. Slone
has practiced criminal law continuously since 1983, emphasizing
aggressive defense of individuals charged with drunk driving.
Member
of National College For DUI Defense, Inc.. Completed limited entry
advanced college, sponsored by the National College For DUI Defense,
Inc..
Participated
and completed advanced training courses in the defense of drunk
driving cases in several states, including Washington, Georgia,
and Massachusetts.
Represented
individuals charged with drunk driving in cities and villages throughout
Alaska, including, Anchorage, Fairbanks, Barrow, Kenai, Seward,
Homer, Whittier, Dillingham, Unalaska, Glennallen, Palmer, and others.
In addition
to handling drunk driving cases at the trial court level, has litigated
drunk driving cases to the Alaska Court of Appeals, the Alaska Supreme
Court, Federal District Court for the State of Alaska, and the United
States Supreme Court. Mr. Slone has handled various types of criminal
cases in addition to DWI, ranging from assault to murder in the
first degree.

of National Association Of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL); Alaska
Academy Of Trial Lawyers (AATL); American Trial Lawyer’s Association
(ATLA); American Bar Association, and Alaska Bar Association.
